Six quirky things about me....
1. My sisters will laugh at me with this one - I'm very quirky about floors. I vacumn daily and in the bathroom several times while the girls and I get ready. My feet don't like to feel things - especially HAIR! Whenever I spend time at my Mom and Dad's house I get chastised a lot for vacumning - but it bothers me so much that I don't really care who doesn't like to listen to the vacumn. (Mostly brother-in-laws.)
2. I can't be late! I don't know if that is a quirk or not. But I'm the type of person that I would rather stay home completely than to be late.
3. I can't leave dishes in the sink. So... usually I'm running around like a madman in the morning making sure all the dishes are in the dishwasher. I just hate to come home and have them there - even if they are rinsed. That's not saying it never happens but I really dislike it a lot when it does.
4. This goes back to hair again - I can't stand hairs on the sheets - and for those of you who know John (there's hair on the sheets.) So, needless to say - the sheets get washed very frequently.
5. I don't like driving a dirty car. My car or truck if that's what I'm driving is vacumned at least once a week. They are also washed as often as possible - depending on the weather.
6. Clutter drives me QUIRKY. It really bothers me when the counters get covered with mail and homework and odd stuff - somedays I go home from work and only manage to get the counters cleaned off. I think John is learning how bad this bothers me because the last few times when I've been gone at night and he and the girls have been home - He's been like, "You better get this stuff taken care of before your mom gets home." It just makes me ornery in a quick hurry.
