In Mexico we visited the Mayan Ruins. I have to admit that it wasn't my first choice for an excursion but John was super excited. It ended up working out great though because it rained a lot that day so we were glad we weren't trying to do something in the water. Luckily we didn't ever get wet until we got off the ferry and headed back to the ship - but then we were just able to take a shower so it worked out great. It ended up being a super fun day and John loves the history of this kind of stuff so we were so glad we went!
