Shayla was able to make her very first home purchase in Orem, Utah. She bought a cute, three bedroom, two bath condo. Shayla has worked since before she turned 16 and she has been a saver! Because of that, she's been able to buy her a brand new car and make this purchase all by herself. With Samantha going to Utah Valley University, this is perfect for the both of them and we are excited to get them moved in and settled. I will post after pictures later - these are just a few we took when we were shopping. Her place is the middle one with the for sale sign on the balcony.
